Fastboard is competing in the “Artificial Intelligence – Large Language Models” track. The proposal focuses on creating a unified data space for key industries across BRICS economies.
The BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest has been held since 2021 to support the Partnership on the New Industrial Revolution. Its main goal is to provide a platform to showcase outstanding projects and enable mutual learning among member countries. In 2025, following the group’s historic expansion, the contest grew in scale and importance.
Win Solutions’ project proposes deploying Fastboard to establish a single KPI framework and standard data marts for strategic sectors such as trade, logistics, agriculture, and energy. The aim is to build a unified and transparent data system usable across all participating countries.
“Reaching the finals of the BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest 2025 proves that Fastboard is a sovereign BI platform for operational management, not a copy of foreign tools. Its key strength is the ability to integrate fragmented data and turn it into intuitive dashboards tailored to the needs of a specific business or public institution. For BRICS countries pursuing technological sovereignty, it is especially important to use tools that handle data in line with national requirements. Our solution shows how to achieve tangible efficiency gains, such as cutting report preparation time severalfold and reducing labor costs by around 30 percent, while maintaining full control over data,” said Grigory Aleksanyan, founder of the Fastboard platform.
Expected outcomes from the project include a sharp reduction in manual reporting, faster insight generation, and improved speed and quality of decision making at both company and government levels in BRICS countries.
“For deeper cooperation you need not only good ideas but also a common data language. Standardizing formats will make results comparable, help scale best practices, and significantly speed up joint initiatives in strategic sectors. In this context, successful national solutions that meet local requirements and can integrate into multilateral processes become a key resource for raising overall project efficiency within BRICS,” said Mehri Aliyev, Director of the Russian-Chinese Research Center for the Digital Economy.
Fastboard is a universal BI platform for rapid managerial decision making and is listed in the Russian Software Registry (Entry No. 28435 dated June 11, 2025). The platform collects fragmented data, systematizes it, and converts it into clear, user-friendly dashboards.
